Darling house in a great location! This house was everything we needed for our vacation! First the location is awesome! The walk to the beach is easy and SO close. We went everyday. There are many great restaurants within short walking distance. We have two small children and could easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house is very clean and comfortable. The interior decorating is relaxing and perfectly themed for the area. We enjoyed breakfast on the cute and quaint outside patio. Having a garage to park our rental car was ideal. We didn't have to think about find a parking spot when we did leave the property. The host was great! She was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for anything more! 02/21/2020 at 6:30 PM

Our light and bright gorgeously coastal large vacation home, is 1600 square feet , offers 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and is located steps from the beach. With it's 1,600 sq.ft. living space and balcony ocean and bayfront views of the sand and water, this home offers you a wonderful family vacation accomodation.
A bonus quieter neighborhood with many long term residents which makes for a more peaceful vacation.
Steps from the water for either the ocean front or the bay front.
Note:
* AC is provided for the 3rd floor master bedroom, but will have whole home AC for SUMMER 2020.

2-Car Tandem Garage (78" x 90" x 28'7D)
**Parking may only be suitable for 1 Mid-sized vehicle or two smaller vehicles (please ask for carification). Larger vehicles can be accommodated nearby at a public parking lot or on local street parking.

This rental is located in a very quiet, high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
The max occupancy limit is 6 guests, including any day visitors. We can not agree to more than 6 total at any time at the premises.
For "friend/adult only" groups we can agree to 6 people max and ALL must be over 27 years old. We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.

Should you intend to have any guests which there is a maximum of two guests for a total of 8 guests at the home, you must disclose that at the time of the reservation and ask our permission in writing. We reserve the right to decline your request.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy. Please understand that people with allergies (renters as well as people in our team) count on the fact that the place is kept "pet free" and we wanna stand up to that promise.

Once you have booked and paid via HomeAway, we will send our rental agreement to you directly from us. You will need to complete as per the instructions and return the completed agreement along with a copy of a government issued ID, with in 24 hours of the booking. We will call you once we receive a confirmation of your booking.
