The Royal Tern is a lovely upper scale vacation home located on the beautiful beach front, on the bay.  Newly built, with all the luxuries you will want for an exceptional stay for your beach front vacation.  Step outside your patio gate and you are at the beach.   As with all our rentals, they are always impeccably clean and well maintained for your arrival.

Imagine sitting on your beach front patio with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the water, or in a minute walk across the street to watch the waves. This is the perfect beach location for families with small children or for people who enjoy a less hectic beach experience. The bay is quieter with less foot traffic and bikes so the little ones can safely play on the sand and along the peaceful water's edge. But, when the urge arises to meet the mighty Pacific Ocean you are only 75 yards from it and can tackle the waves with your boogie board or surf boards.

Granite counter tops, GE monogram appliances await your inner beach chef who will find everything needed to prepare a simple lunch to a gourmet dinner.  BBQ outside on your own private patio while watching the sail boats glide along or the shore birds dance across the water with out every getting wet. Pottery Barn style furnishings add that extra touch for a true beach feel and experience. This beach rental will delight and pamper your guests after a long day playing at the beach. With San Diego's notoriously perfect weather (practically), visiting the beach can be a wonderful experience any time of the year. This unit occupies the ground floor with 2 outdoor eating areas and 2 reserved parking spots for 2 medium sized vehicles.  If unsure about your vehicle, just asked.

We have two reserved tandem parking spaces dedicated to this rental that will accommodate 2 medium sized vehicles. Please inquire about our parking requirements when you email or call for your reservation. Parking nearby for larger vehicles.

Located on beautiful Mission Bay this unit is perfect for families or couples whom like a bit more space. Walk to restaurants, shops and beach, or just relax and enjoy the quieter side of Mission Beach. Your patio has the front row seats to the fireworks display at Sea World each evening in the summer season.
