To reserve your vacation dates, a 25% reservation deposit of the total amount is due to reserve the rental. (Which includes: rent, refundable security deposit, hotel tax, and cleaning fee).

Your reservation deposit and the contract are required within 5 days, or overnight for reservations made with in 2 weeks of arrival to reserve your space and dates. The final balance amount is due 90 days prior to your date of arrival.

We accept payments by Personal Checks or Credit Cards (MasterCard and Visa) are accepted. They are invoiced through PayPal with a convenience fee added.

All our rentals are a smoke free environment.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
We do not accept pets.

All of our reserved parking spaces will accommodate a medium sized vehicle only. If unsure, please ask about your vehicle.   For larger vehicles, additional parking is located nearby.
