A 25% deposit (includes $300 refundable security deposit, San Diego Hotel Tax,
and $135.00 cleaning fee) is required to reserve your space within 5 days
or overnight for reservations made less than 2 weeks before arrival.
The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

(with a convenience fee added).
